The Automatic Sync control enables Users in your Organization to submit videos to the CaptionSync service for seamless captioning.
Organization Administrators and Institution Administrators can add, delete, and rename a Library. Additionally, they can manage the disk quota for the library.
In Player settings, you can make changes to an Organization’s video player, such as adding a custom logo to brand the Organization, changing the skin of the player, and customizing the appearance and size of closed captions.
With Plug-in Templates, Organization Administrators and System Administrators can create pre-configured settings that are available to any user in the Organization when creating the plug-in code for a playlist.
The Users control interface is a tabbed interface. The Library Users Tab shows all User accounts that have the specified Library as their Home Library. The Users with Access to Your Library tab shows user accounts that have been given access to the current library.
To view and manage users, click Organization then Users. From here, you can view all available users, as well as apply a filter to view users in a specific Institution, Organization, or Library.
From the Permissions section, an administrator can view and manage user permissions to all resources, including: Libraries, Organizations, Institutions, Ensemble Anthem (Screen Capture), and Live Streaming. Need to assign a batch of users to a library—or enable/disable access to Live Streaming? Administrators can now control those functions from Permissions.
The Ensemble Anthem application creates screen capture and webcam recordings which are automatically uploaded into the user’s Ensemble Media Library.
