Using the Ensemble Video SharePoint Web Part


Ensemble Video customers can use our SharePoint web part to engage viewers and better communicate with stakeholders on public and private SharePoint pages. Note: These instructions are based on SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server 2019.

Click Edit at the top right of the SharePoint page where you want to add the web part. 


Hover your mouse above or below an existing web part and you'll see a line with a circled +, like this. Click the 


Click +to see a list of web parts that can be added to the page. Select the Ensemble Video Web Part.


Use your Ensemble Credentials to login to the web part.


You can browse your content using the category options along the top of the web part. Select from Media, Playlist, Dropbox or Quiz. You can navigate through your Organizations and Libraries to find your content. You can also upload or record new content.


To select your content item, click  + Choose.


Buttons to preview the content, change embed options or remove the media will appear. 


Click the Save button at the top of the web part to add the content to the web part. To Edit the web part, click Edit web part icon in the web part menu and click Select Content in the property pane that appears.
